Frequently asked questions

Can I order by the old item number?

Yes. Type the former item number, the 10-digit 297 item number, a GTIN or an HCPCS code into search or Express Buy. All of them find the same product record.

Where does my contract price come from?

From Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your customer account carries a price group (Vizient, Federal Supply Schedule or the long-term care program); the price agreements of that group are synced to the portal and show as soon as you sign in.

What does "In F&O" mean on my order?

The order was exported to Finance and Operations and the F&O sales order number is on the order. From there F&O confirms, picks, ships and invoices, and each of those states comes back to the order here.

How do I know when a back-ordered item ships?

The order moves to "Back-ordered (fill date confirmed)" and the fill date is written on the order. The other lines ship as planned.
